These power buyers, primarily involved in renovation, restoration and new construction of traditionally-styled homes are architects, builders, contractors, designers and developers who specify and purchase the bulk of the historical products purchased each year.
All 4-line business addresses, including decision-maker's name. ZIP + 4, updated and NCOA'd Quarterly, CASS Certified.

20% To Recognized Brokers. 15% To Recognized Agencies.
Cancel Charges:
All orders cancelled prior to the mail date will incur a 50.00 flat cancellation fee, 15.00/M run charges, media plus applicable shipping charges. No cancellations will be accepted after the mail date.
